how to get arcserve to automatically print a report?

Sorry guys for the ignorance here but I've just been given a support call that enatils configuring what is for me, a new Beast ... ARCSERVE.

Can anyone tell me how I can configure the backups that I've managed to configure and are all working fine, to automatically print a report after completion.

Again sorry for the "beginner type" question but I'm in a jam and need to reolve this for a new customer of the company.

Remember, it's all just ones and zeros!

Alert.
Go to Alert Manager and configure the printer there.
Go to the job and configure Alert to print or attach a troubleticket. Ck out the online help within the product.
