A few years ago someone showed me what seemed to be a little known feature in WIN NT.
This feature would allow someone to create a text file (I think) using a print option, (I think) to print out everything and anything that had been done to the software since installation.
I think it was a few simple steps to create a full report on the system/OS it would print out all changes, modifications, new software, when it was installed, the hardware, etc. as I recall.
Basic goal was to show user when they said "I did not change anything" that actually they did this and that is why this other thing is not working.
Sorry to be vague but it has been a few years, but back in the business and any suggestions would be appreciated.
Also, if someone knows of anything easy on WIN 2000, XP that would be appreciated.
