how to generate script store procedure (encrypted).

Short answer is you don't. You will have to go to your code repository (VSS, ClearCase, what have you) to extract them. MS provides no way of recovering encrypted stored procedure code. Well, maybe they do if you open a case with them, and say "pretty please", but I doubt it.
