Hey folks,

I am having a spot of difficulty, I want to offer a file download to users of a site, though currently IE and NS think they're smart, and keep trying to open the files in a browser, whereas I need them to always offer a "Download / open file" box.

Anyone, any ideas?!
Cheers,
Danny

It sounds like you don't have the correct permissions set on the file on the web server. If you don't allow execute permissions, it should prompt the user to run/save the file.

Hope This Helps!
