how to fix error 509

i have 3 machines using crystal 8.5
2 of the machines have crystal installed the other is just run time engines.
the report is looking for the data in GoldMine 6.030503 and it is in SQL using ODBC connections.
have proven odbc driver are the same. location are the same but the 3rd machine with the runtime drivers only i get this error. i believe it is a dll problem but don;t know which one to replace. can anyone help?
 
make sure you have p2sodbc.dll installed. Also, make sure you have installed the full set of Microsoft MDAC files for whatever version of the MDAC you are running. The runtime.hlp file, installed under \Program Files\Seagate Software\Crystal Reports\Developer Files\Help should help you figure out which dll's you need.
