I am having problems sending my email to Internet America customer such as melm@airmail.net. I can send email to anyone else in the world but Internet America (IA). I talked to IA and they tell me it occurs on ISP who is SBC. Could anyone tell me who is at fault so I can have this email issue resolve?

Sounds like your MX record is pointing back to your ISP instead of to your domain. Go to the site and enter your FQDN in the DNS Lookup box. Select MX and click on Lookup.

Your MX record should point back to you and not to the ISP. More and more domains reject mail when the return address does not match the MX record. This goes a long way with cutting down on SPAM. [thumbsup]

Once you find out what's going on, a call to your ISP to have them change the MX record should fix things...
