how to fire a command on Linux box

I wanna use some putty utility to create some directories and copy files on linux box. With the use of PSDCP utility able to copy files but not able to create directories. is there any method to do that or fire a command on linux box....

I use winscp to transfer files between a Windows box and Linux box. You can also create directories with it. It uses ssh, so as long as you can ssh into your Linux box, you can use it.

got it on net it's plink provided by putty do the job
