How to find Last login date

Any idea's how I can find out the date /time of when local users logged into a machine? This would need to be via the command line as I shall be scripting.

I am looking to disable inactive accounts, I can do for AD though not sure about local accounts?

most corp use this attriube to disable users without loggin in for a certain period of time.

Thanks for the info, but this appears to be for AD? DO you know how I can get the information from the local machine accounts?
