There are 3 DS1 lines connected to my Definity Switch. The company does not know what DIDs they have coming in, how can I find this out?

Contact your vendor who is prodiving your telephone circuits.

Who do you mean by "the company"? Your company or the telephone company? The serivce provider (telco) should be able to tell you all the service you have, including DID numbers.

Call the local telco and request a Customer Service Record (CSR) the report will tell you what the telco is charging you in unbeleveable detail. The telco is required to supply this report and they cannot charge you for it. My telco Verizon supplies one every quarter.

Hope this helps

Do 'disp bulletin' and see if someone put the information there. U can also 'list trace' of the trunk and see what digits are being inputed and 'display trunk 'whatever and look at the later pages of the form and see if there is any info there. Course the best way is the ones already mentioned. Also u can look at an old bill.
