Avaya sells a product called "Message Manager". It is a PC interface into your Intuity Audix system.
Your subscriber mailboxes IMAPI options must be enabled. You can save messages to a personal folder on your PC, a zip drive, or transfer to a CD. Avaya provides a utility so non subscribers can listen to a message that you send them via email, etc. Robert Harris
