how to execute a DTS Package using sql

I still have problem in executing a DTS Package. can someone help. I tried the line below. But it still doesn't work. Please Help!!!! This has been taking me a long time.

exec master..xp_cmdshell 'DTSrun/Stradewinds3/NNew/Usa/P'
