How to Enable Partitioning in Oracle?

hi there ,

I have just installed personal oracle 8 in my pc in my office (on Windows 95), but when i create Table PARTITIONS or any ABSTRACT DATA TYPE . it give an error ,
ORA--- Partition not Enabled
or
ORA--- Object Not Enabled
, how do i correct this ,what property should i set and whats the syntax...?

please help.

Partioning is not enabled in Personal Edition -
you'll need Enterprise Edition.
