How to enable frontpage

Hello

Can anyone please help me with enabling frontpage extensions on my server so that the webmaster can login.
I enable it alreay but it would not let me login.
It prompt me for the username and password to login to frontpage but I don't know what username and password to type in.....Any help will be Great.
