How to E-mail through Lotus Notes

Hi,

We are using crystal reps. and I want to use its' e-mailing facility. But my e-mail s/w is Lotus Notes. When I tried to e-mail a cry. rep. there was a dll error.

Promt reply will be highly appriciated.
