How to drop and recreate rollback segments

Hi, I need to adjust this value in the rollback segments what are the procedures?
INITIAL = 1MB
NEXT = 1MB
OPTIMAL = 10MB
MINEXTENTS = 10

1. Alter the rollback segment offline (see ALTER ROLLBACK SEGMENT in your Oracle SQL reference manual).
2. Drop the rollback segment (see DROP ROLLBACK SEGMENT).
3. Create the rollback segment (see CREATE ROLLBACK SEGMENT).
