Is there a way when i send a Quote price to a customer using OUTLOOK whati want to do is also send there email name and adress to a autoresponder to send a follow letter in a few days
Now what I do is scheudle a letter to send at a later date and have to do a remember to send

When creating that follow letter mail, click Options in the new message and select : 'Do not deliver before' and set a date and time. If the solution is out there, let us know it was helpful, so others can benefit from it as well..
