How to do the Vintage/Poster/Obey look?

Hey everyone, so I was interested in doing a design with an OBEY type look like some of the following.

I was also interested in how graffitti posters are made if any one knows can you please let me know.

I have been crawling the web for this. His colors aren't hard to imitate. The hard part is the stroke. You can't use stroke with the pencil or pen tool because they're too uniform.

You'd have to use the right colors and change a few techniques.
