How to do OOS on a TN

Hi All,

I have a bad tn on my Option 11C Rls 23.55, is there a procedure I can program so that the TN is taken out of service so that it does not keep coming up disabled every day(I think I remember doing this in the past on a 61C).

i would out the set, to start then new oosmlt or oosslt for analog port.. better yet replace the card

The trouble is that I have corruption on an ACD agent set that a MOV was done on, it can't be removed (unless you can tell me how to get rid of the corruption).

you can get rid of corruption by deleting the file, you will need command line access through control pdt. if you don't have that access, call your vendor. corruption will not only get worse but will also give you some timely ini's. 5 ini's and you'll get a restart. the only way to remove corruption without spending money is to restore the switch to a non-corupt database or the default database and reprogram it from scratch.. ignore it long enough and your replacement will have to fix it, and be the hero...been there done that

that command is oosmlt but the tn does have to be vacant
