How to display JEPEG or GIF file in dialog box

Hello friends,


Any body can tell me how I can disply a GIF OR JEPEG file in a dialogue box using win32. Please tell me also How to covert a GIF and JEPEG to BMP format.

This can be done, but I think that you may have to obtain a license to do it. See
