How to disable the Socks service

Hi All,

Please can someone tell me how to make it so that the socks service doesn't start automatically with the server?
We are running proxy server 2 on a win2k server (sp3), and we don't want socks to start, we can stop it no problem, but every time we reboot it starts again.
