Hi there,

Is there a way to disable "Drop" Button on 4620 Sw.

Supervisor complain about it and tell me they cannot trace agents who release call by this button.

Regards

vamosalavaya,

using drop button is not considered "clean" end of a call, so you can fight your agents cheating by using "vdn return destination" field on vdn form page 2. if you set it to some valid vdn that would route calls to a supervisor or alike, then when an agent drops a call it will not be released but instead connected to the specified vdn.
also you can use agent trace to nail down cheating agents.
