How to disable auto-start of programs when login into remote desktop?

There is a group policy that you can use to disable it on every machine in your domain for everyone.

I don't know the exact name of the setting. It's under User Configuration > Administrative Templates somewhere. I believe that it requires the domain be a Windows 2008 domain.
