How to direct a DID extension to Unity 1

I want to direct an unused DID direct to Unity so users can check messages. My DID's are 63xx and there is a rp for that. I want to use 6399. I'm a novice with CM 7, can someone point me in the right direction please?

create a route point with a DN of 6399 and forward it always to voice mail, then in Unity create a call handler with the same DN and customize the greeting and user input to your needs.
