I have an interesting problem. I don't really believe I have a problem at all, but I need proof. We have BE 9.1 running on a server in one of our offices on the west coast. I'm in Chicago. I have it set to cancel any jobs that do not run in 6 hours. The backup normally takes only 1 hour. I have the server send me an email on the backup job. Often, I get:
Error - Mount failed.
User canceled a Physical Volume Library operation.
That's the same message I get when I forget to put a tape in before the backup runs in Chicago. I think the person who is supposed to be installing the tapes on the west coast is just not doing it. How can I tell? I beleive they are not telling me the truth, but I need proof.
Thanks,
Tom
