Any ideas/suggestions on the easiest way to determine if a hunt group is currently being used or if it will be safe to eliminate it? I have a customer with many hunt groups who would like to determine exactly what they need and what they can get rid of. I know you can use the list usage hunt-group <grp#> command but does anyone else have any thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.

You can status the members if they are in a ACD group and see if their are looged in and take calls.

'list meas hu' then either 'today-peak' or 'yesterday-peak', will list any calls that went to the hunt groups. might want to check it for a few days to see if there is any activity.

or, if they have a call accounting system, just check for calls on the main number of the hunt group

One of the best commands I've found for finding Hunt/Extension references is "LIST USAGE HUNT ##". This will show all references in the PBX of your hunt group - vectors, agent logins, etc.
