Hi,

I have defined some autotext entries: when I type some text, the autotext entry is showing, and when I hit Enter the entry is inserted in the document.

Now I have created a KeyBinding for the Enter key: when the Enter key is hit, a specific macro is executed. My question is: how can I detect in that macro if the autotext entry is showing?

Thanks for help

Henk

My question is: how can I detect in that macro if the autotext entry is showing?

Could you clarify a wee bit more. Are you asking if the text (ie. the text that is inserted by the AutoText is already inserted?

No, the question is if the autotext is to be inserted. In other words: when I type the name of the autotext, the full autotext is showed in a sort of pop-up window. Then I can accept the autotext by hitting Enter: the autotext is inserted (and no paragraph mark). However, when pop-up window has disappeared, the same Enter on the same place inserts a paragraph mark. This behaviour I want to set up in my macro. So I have to test whether the pop-up is visible.
