Why are you deleting them? Are you using the delete profile feature or just deleting the folder in Documents and Settings?
If these are roaming profiles, there's a registry setting (can't remember - but I'm sure someone here can or Google) that will cause the roaming profile to be deleted on shutting down.
There is a little program called delprof, used to be on the windows resource cd, but is downloadable from microsoft. It has some settings via switches, can be run manually or scheduled. If the user is logged in, it will skip that profile.
Thanks for the responses, no there not roaming profiles, I use all the above. I work at a hospital where employee's are pulled to whatever unit needs them so it's common for a workstation here to have 120 profiles so when our hrd department sends a list of 30 employees that have left it takes forever to clean up a workstation.
