How to Deal with Spam coming to postmaster@mydomain.com

I know that you're not supposed to disable the "postmater@yourdomain.com" account. However, spammers have been sending their trash to my system's account.

Many of these are getting around my blacklists and other spam rules.

Other than hitting the DELETE key, do you have any strategies to deal with this issue?

the mailessentials from has been working like a dream for me. The new Bayesian filter seems to be working quite effectivly.
