how to create subforms

If the table are related ie Customers related to sales you can use the form wizard.
New form, Form Wizard and select the main table for the form and add the fields you want. Then change the table name in the dropdown middle left of the dialog box and select the fields you want from that table. Next and Access will do the rest Neil Berryman
