How to create Public folder replica on the second exchange server

I have 1 Exchange 2003 server. Across the WAN, I installed another exchange server in a different administrative group and routing group. In the 2nd administrative group, the Public Folder Store is up and running. However, in the System manager, under the second administartive group, I don;t see any public folder in the public folder tree. My objective is to have a mirror replica public folder from the first server in my first administrative group. How do i go about it? Please advice
