actually it is quite simple to do this. you can create your own stationary and in the process input your picture a Jpg or bmp file into your stationary by default. meaning every time you click "new email" your default email pops up with your name and the pic you want on it.
1. open your outlook
2. go to tools/options/mail format
3. once there, on "compose in this message format: HTML"
-you need to choose "HTML"
4. then on the center of that same window,
choose "stationary picker"
5. click "new"
6. put your name ie "Gonzalez's Stationary"
7. makre sure that you have "start blank stationary"
selected and click "next"
8. next window should pop up...
9. now you have two different options that you can do
with your picture...
10. if you choose on the background option "picture" then
you will have that picture all over your
background..it is recommended to use a light grey
scale picture if you want to do this..
11. or, what i do..choose "do not include background on
this stationary" then..
12. you can type in your name, business name and a picture
on your email..
13. to insert the picture right click in the "preview"
windows (where you put your name, business name,.ect)
and select "insert image"
14. go to "browse" and find your pick.
15. REMEMBER! that once you have chosen your pic, you
cannot move your pic from its source..like keep it in
its folder..becuase Outlook will continue to search
for the picture's source everytime you create a new
email..if you move it then you will get an error "x"
where the pic is suppose to be..to fix this then go
through the process to "insert image" again..easy.
16. now click "OK" out of everything and try it
out...click "New Email" on top left of outlook and see
what happens..Hope This Works
