How do I create a name server for my server thats already on a domain I created. Meaning how to make a: ns1.servername.com and ns2.servername.com?

I'm sorry but I'm a bit confused about your question. Do you already have two servers in your domain running dns that you need to create dns entries for?

I have just one. I want to be able to have ns1 and ns2 to point to my domain server at this point. What I am trying to do is put make a dns nameserver change for a domain name that I am going to be hosting on my server on my domain.

For the ns1 and ns2 for your domain you will need to go to Start --> Programs --> Administrative tools --> dns and right click on the forward lookup zone that has your domainname.com. Select new alias and name it ns1 and put your Domain servers name (servername.domainname.com) in the fully qualified domain name for target box . Repeat for ns2. For future domains you will need to create a forward lookup zone for each domain. Then you will need to create a Host record for each dns server named ns1 or ns2 with the applicable ip address.
