Hello

I'm new to Access development - what I need to do is create a button on a form that opens up the stsndard windows file browse option, allow the user to navigate to and select a file and return that filename and path to a text field in the database

Depending of your version of access you may consider the FileDialog object

Hope This Helps, PH.
