Haven't done this in awhile, can someone direct me on how to create a basic menu on Meridian mail. Greeting will play, callers will have the option to press digit 1 to 4 which will transfer to diferent extensions.

Digit 1 transfer to 2001
Digit 2 transfer to 2002
Digit 3 transfer to 2003
Digit 4 transfer to 2004

Thanks for your help.

Log into Mail. Go to Option 3, Voice Administration. Go to Option 4, Voice Services Administration. Go to Option 6, Voice Menu definitions. Press F7 to add. Create the menu and save. Record the menu. Exit Voice Menu Definitions by pressing F6 and then go to Option 1, Voice Services DN Table. Press F7 to add. Enter the DN coming from the PBX and point it to MS <menuID> of the menu you just created. That is the nuts and bolts of the process.

Depending on the type of terminal emulation you are using the F6 and F7 keys may be F1 and F2 keys, or other just make sure you look at the on screen labels.
