How to copy Russian text from Word to Access report

I am a teacher and use Access to keep many of my class records.I have eight Russian speaking families in my class this year and would like to be able to send reports to them in Russian.I had a translator write out my text in Russian but when I try to copy it into my existing report to make a "Russian Report" it shows as "?????".Any suggestions?
