How to copy Netware 5.0 OS to New RAID5 array??

I have an old server running NW5.0. I want to move the contents of the old server RAID5 array (OS included) to the new server's RAID5 array. What is the best way to do this?
Is there any specific software that can be used to do this?
Once the entire drive contents is copied, I would like to be able to insert the new server into the LAN where the old server was, and decommission the old server.
