How to convert HTML to jpg?

Is there any freeware/Shareware other than html2jpg (I tried and it did not work!) which will convert an html file to Jpeg/Bmp file?

Only way I can think is to load the page up in IE and printscreen it, taking the screenshot into MSPAINT. "It's true, its damn true!"
