How to connect dynamic MIC to SoundBlaster Live?

Hi

I'm looking for any hardware information about connecting
dynamic microphone to standard microphone input of the
Sound Blaster Live.
Currently I'm using (standard) electret MIC connected to my Sound Blaster Live. However I'd like to use a dynamic MIC with wider frequency band (50Hz -18KHz).

I would appreciate any electronic diagrams, which convert (2-way jack) dynamic mic signal to Sound Blaster input (3-way 3.5mm jack).
