How to Configure Fax on Analog Phone or IP Phone

What exactly are you trying to do? Typically, you'd have Avaya gateways registered to your system with port assignments. You'd add a new station or duplicate an existing station with similar programming that you'd like.
Typical things for a fax are to disable call waiting and maintenance tests to prevent the fax from acting up.
I'm not sure I get the whole scope of what you're trying to do though.

should I made analog station and assign the Anlog port which is connected via Fax. Then fax is connected via PABX
