how to comment code?

hi, what's the commenting char in ms access 2000? I tried ', //, --, nothing worked.

I hope you are in MS VB when you are doing this. As it works 100% of the times. Try repairing your Access or reinstalling it if it is not working for you.

If you're trying to comment SQL then you're right ... nothing works. Access SQL does not support comments.
