How to close a task without knowing its window caption/name

How can i close a task, that's showing when i press ctrl+alt+del, in my program? I don't know the hwnd or something. The only thing i know is the name displayed when i press ctrl+alt+del. How can i close/destroy the app, only knowing this name?
