How to check corruption in foxpro dbc and dbf?

Are there any tools or methods to check for corruption in foxpro (VFP 6 SP5 and VFP 8 SP1) dbc, dbf and other related files?

Hi Rob,

I'm trying to figure how to use the Advanced Integrity Info Button. After I click Generate lists button for the Invalid block addresses section, the value remains 0 after the caption "Not generated" changes to "Generated". However, after I click Generate list button for the Valid data blocks section and the caption "Not generated" changes to "Generated", the value of the Invalid block addresses section changes to 22504. If I click on the dropdown arrow, I will see 22504, 2, 7. What does this mean?

I really wouldn't know what that means.
But no matter what, this tool is able to repair the damage as much as possible.
Rely on that!
