i'm not sure where to post this question,
i just want to get some of the IT people here, on how to charge customers for support,
eg: i have a customer that has x amount of Pcs and x amount of servers,
i know there is alot of variatin could included , but i just want to get a rough idea on how you guys go by that ..
the customer wants to be on a contract (pay a monthyl flat fee) for me taking care of his network, computers, servers, backup , support for employees ..etc
any feedback from your own experience will be greatly appreciated
