How to Change the Trunk caller ID picture on an IP500

Does anyone know how to change the caller ID picture on an IP500? We had a user quit and I would like to change the outgoing caller ID picture to a more generic one.

Don't know...but I would be curious to see what the picture looked like.

Or do you mean the caller id number.

It is the image that was used for her account in active directory. Thing is that her AD account has long been disabled. She was the office manager and main PBX operator. In short, she is gone but her image (associated with the trunk line) still comes across our user's cell phones. I would like to change the image to the company logo.
