How to change grant access on registry windows

Dear All,

Fyi, I have a new installed citrix FR3, But Suddenly appear error event id 1004.
I've Already read that Error event id 1004 (The terminal service could not issue a client license) is assign the local user group to grant access on registry windows.
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSLicensing.

My Question :

How To change grant access on registry windows??

Hi,

Open RegEdt32.Exe and go to that location and alter the security permissions by clicking Security|Permissions.

You'll have to do this on all your PC's!
