Hi, i'm currently usign VMPro, and as usual i was asked today to do something i have no clue on how to get it done.

I need to move a set of extensions from one option to another.

The only place i could find something remotely similar was in the huntgroup, however i think i'm missing the target here...

To give more details, on my main IVR, we have 9 options, i need to change someone from option 4, to the option 2.

Reading the "map", i see it goes to

Sorry i couldn't attach the image, the properties page for the transfer, on the specific tab, i can see the place where all the callas are going, but are not extensions, is a mailbox named quotas, but i cannot find a way to change it.

Anyone could please give me some assistance?

Sorry, no one could help me on this?

I need to do it, and as i've told before, my experience doesn't go this far...

There are lines connecting a option from the menu to the next action, click on the line going from 2 to the next action and delet it, do the same with action 4.
Then click the lina icon above and connect action 2 to the action previously connected to the action 4 and do the same with action 4.
Then click on the icon "save and make live"

I highly recommend getting in a decent business partner to maintain your phone system for you.

Thanks for your answers, i managed to do it, and i will leave the answer, for someone like me who might need real assistance.

In this particular case, the VMPro is set to read from the huntgroups in the Avaya Management console, since its configured like that, you must, in order to change people from one option to another, change their respective huntgroups.

As for the option on getting a decent partner, isn't always an option, sometimes you must get the answers by yourself, or there are not "decent" telephony partners around.

Never the less, i will keep on digging for answers by myself, and everytime someone needs a hand, and i know how to, i will lend it to them.

Best regards.

You just move user around groups while we would change the destination of the transfer in the IVR.
