how to change default port from 80 to 82

we have windows server 2000 with sp4, running IIS 5.
SSL port:443
On this machine we are running an email web access agent. The default web page seems to default to port 80, but we want to make it use port 82, so that it can be reached when we type hppts:\\xx.x.xx.xx:82
