How to change color of hyperlink on mouseover in NS

hi,

I want the color of hyperlink text changed on mouseover in NS 4.08.

Like there is link with text "DETAILS" in blue color and when mouse passes over it, its color should be turned to red and when mouse passed over, it should be back to blue color. As a.hover does in IE.
