How to Block someone from emailing who is using a particular trick?

Hi!
I keep getting email from some idiot who seems to be stealing people's addresses....(in the example, his address is pmail.emirates.net.ae

I tried to copy and paste his address versus the stolen addresses, but that doesn't work to block him...

Here is the shortened version of the email (I don't know if you need the full headers)

get MailWasher and have it bounce the e-mail for you. That might work. It's a good programme to have any way. It's free, or very reasonable if you wish to 'donate'.

Hi. The best tool I have found against unwanted e-mail/spam is one provided by my Earthlink ISP on their server, called Spaminator. In the first two weeks I have used it, it 'caught' and put aside over 300 spam messages, which it deletes automatically after ten days. I can look at the file on the server in the meantime to see if there is something it incorrectly caught and so far, not one 'false positive'. I estimate it is catching close to 90% of spam addressed to me so I don't have to download it. If perchance I found a 'false positive' on their Spaminator file, I can re-route it to download, but as I said have not had to do that once in this first two weeks. It is great! Your ISP may offer a similar service. Just FYI [no, I don't work for Earthlink ]
