How to block call to numbers that start with 900

Hi everyone
I have a meridian option11 81C. I was request to block all calls that starts with 900 prefix.

I know the 900 prefix has been block but some specifics number all allowed to be called but now I need to block them all..
the numeber I have to block is 01900-849-5049

REMOVE 1900 EITHER FROM THE SPN OR THE NPA TABLE, WHICHEVER ONE YOU HAVE IT IN

npa or spn then enter 1900 return, unless your switch is strange 1900 is in the tables.. what command produced the print that you posted? looks avaya more then nortel
